5T and 5R started doing a 7 minute workout we had so much fun . Some of us were so "unfit" but me on the other hand was more than fit than I thought. It was really awesome exercise. Some of them included jumping jacks, step ups, dips, planking, sit ups, push ups, side planks and many others.
